Once we determine the perfect fit for your wedding and you’re ready to book, we’ll finalize the contract and deposit. From there, the creative work begins.
We design a custom monogram specifically for your wedding, an elegant detail crafted just for you, woven throughout the portrait cards your guests will receive. It’s one of the touches that makes our service feel so personal and so distinctly yours.
Wedding Day Arrival
On your wedding day, our team arrives one hour before start time to set up with intention and care. We create a beautiful, welcoming space for your guests, a space that seamlessly blends into the aesthetic of your celebration.
Our goal is always to be present yet unobtrusive, adding beauty without disrupting the natural flow of your day.
The Guest Experience
Once portrait time begins, your guests will visit our table where they’re warmly greeted by our posing coordinator. Their role is to guide each guest through a fun, effortless experience: Explaining the process, helping them choose poses that feel natural and flattering, taking a reference photo for the artist. Each portrait takes 8 to 12 minutes, crafted with care and attention to detail. When their portrait is complete, guests can pick it up and enjoy their personalized keepsake.
Some couples love to elevate this moment even further. We offer a delightful option where portraits remain closed for pickup until you, the bride and groom, arrive to hand-deliver a few during your reception. It becomes a charming mini-event within your celebration, filled with surprise, excitement, and smiles. Afterward, all portraits are opened for pickup.
After the Wedding
If the end of the evening brings a joyful rush of guests wanting portraits beyond the available time, we take those final images back to our studio.
Every portrait is completed with the same precision, artistry, and care as the ones created onsite. Once finished, we ship them directly to you within three to four weeks of your wedding day.
For couples who choose our Timeless Portrait Package, we go one step further, each portrait is individually mailed directly to your guests, creating a meaningful and unexpected touch of gratitude long after the wedding day.
