How do live guest portraits work at an event?
Our team arrives, sets up, and becomes part of your hospitality. A Portrait Director greets each guest, helps them pose, and captures the moment, then releases them back to the celebration while our artists create their portraits. Guests never feel rushed or made to wait in line. The experience flows with your event rather than interrupting it.

How much does a live guest portrait experience cost?
Every event is quoted individually, based on your guest count, event length, and the level of experience you envision. We offer three collections to suit different celebrations, with travel quoted separately. Reach out with your date and location and we will prepare a proposal tailored to your event.

How many guests can you accommodate?
We scale the team to your celebration. The size of your artist and Portrait Director team is matched to your preferred portrait outcome according to guest count so that everyone who wants a portrait is personally attended to. Share your expected number of guests and we will recommend the right collection.

Do guests keep their portraits?
Yes. Each guest leaves with (depending on the package chosen) an original, hand-created portrait to take home. It is theirs to keep, a personal keepsake and a lasting reminder of your celebration long after the evening ends.

Do you travel for events?
Yes. We are based in Arizona and travel nationally for celebrations. Travel is quoted separately so there are no surprises. Tell us your date and destination and we will take care of the details.

How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, as we reserve a limited number of events per season to protect the quality of each experience. Once your date is set, reach out to check availability and secure your team.
